The second panel discussion on the Legacy of the ITCA will be held on August 15^th, 2013 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Wild Horse Pass.  Tribal leaders who were active with ITCA since the 1970’s will participate in the panel which will be moderated by Jacob
Moore.
