Definition:

  Salt River Financial Services Institution (SRFSI) is a non-profit enterprise of the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community (SRPMIC).  Established in 2006, it provides loans to Community Members to build or rehabilitate a home on the reservation as well as business loans.  As key component of SRFSI’s services is financial education as the organization strives to increase the financial literacy of Community Members of all ages.

As a dedicated member of the management team, the Finance Manager will provide daily accounting and finance duties in an audit ready manner, provide highly professional written and verbal reports to the Board of Directors and Community Council, provide a high level of customer service to clients, vendors, Tribal officials and other partners and contribute ideas on a number of other matters affecting the organization such as program operations, office management and policy compliance. This job class is treated as FLSA Exempt.
