DISTINGUISHING FEATURES OF THE CLASS:
The Chief Prosecutor provides leadership to the Office of the Prosecutor at the Gila River Indian Community. This position is expected to have outstanding criminal prosecution skills as well as abilities in legal office management and administration in leading a ten-attorney offlce with responsibilities under the Gila River Indian Community Code in adult criminal prosecution. This is a term contract position.
