Definition
Position Summary: Under general supervision of the Prosecutor, represents the Community in adult mental health commitment matters, juvenile proceedings involving allegations of child dependency, incorrigibility, truancy and juvenile offenses. This job class is treated as FLSA Exempt.

Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
Education & Experience: Juris Doctor with 3 to 5 years of practical experience. Prefer experience/familiarity with executive, legislative, and judicial functions of tribal government along with experience in children’s law.

Equivalency: Any equivalent combination of experience and education that will allow the applicant to satisfactorily perform the duties of the job may be considered when filling the position.

Insurability – Must possess and maintain a valid Arizona Driver’s License and be able to meet the SRPMIC insurance standards.
