The Legal Access Attorney will complete a variety of professional assignments. The Legal Access Attorney will work closely with the Social Workers, Staff Attorney, Chief Judge and other department staff.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Minimum Qualifications:<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8e08be6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8e08be6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>Must have computer knowledge sufficient to do legal research; ability to use the Internet and e-mail correspondence.<\/li><li>No convictions for misdemeanor offenses within the last twelve (12) months, no previous felony convictions, or bar ethics violations or on-going ethical violation investigations.<\/li><li>No findings of a breach of bar ethics.
