Program Attorney"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The\nNational Judicial College (NJC) is a private, not-for-profit organization\nproviding quality continuing education to trial judges, administrative law\njudges, tribal judges, military judges and court personnel.&nbsp; The College\nalso provides international judicial education.&nbsp; NJC is located on the\ncampus of the University of Nevada in Reno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The National Tribal Judicial Center at The National\nJudicial College is among the first institutions to address the needs of Native\nAmerican and Alaska Native tribal law judiciaries.&nbsp; The curricula\npresented are innovative and sophisticated, designed to enhance the\nprofessional skills of tribal judges and tribal court professionals.&nbsp; The\nCenter\u2019s main objective is to improve justice through education and technical\nassistance, both national in scope as well as customized for the needs of\nspecific tribes or regions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NJC seeks a team-oriented individual to fill the\nposition of program attorney for the National Tribal Judicial Center.&nbsp;\nUnder the supervision of the academic director, program attorney responsibilities\ninclude developing academic courses on a variety of topics and issues\nespecially in the area of tribal judicial education, preparing course\nmaterials, planning and conducting courses, delivering customized technical\nassistance to tribal courts, and seeking further funding to support the work of\nthe National Tribal Judicial Center.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Graduation from an ABA-accredited school of law and bar\nadmission to any state\u2019s bar are required.&nbsp;
