The Department of the Interior is hosting a listening session Wednesday, Feb. 1st at the Wild Horse Pass Hotel & Casino in the Acacia ballroom from 1pm-4pm. This listening session is about whether (and how) it should update the Indian Trader regulations at 25 CFR part 140, including how the regulations could be revised to improve consistency with Tribal self-governance and self-determination and promote economic viability and sustainability in Indian Country.<\/p>\n

No RSVP or registration required for the event. The event is free and the Department of Interior is interested in hearing from Tribal representatives and those that do business in Indian Country.<\/p>\n
