In addition, the position will provide training to other Civil AUSAs in the handling of the bankruptcy matters.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:\u00a0<\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000\">Applicants must possess a J.D. degree and be an active member of the bar (any jurisdiction); be able to work well with client agencies; possess superior oral and written communication skills;, have strong character and interpersonal skills; and have demonstrated the capacity to function, with minimal guidance, in a highly demanding environment. Additionally, it is desired that the successful candidate have at least 1 year of post J.D. experience in bankruptcy. Experience in bankruptcy is required.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary:\u00a0<\/strong>Assistant United States Attorneys&#8217; pay is administratively determined based, in part, on the number years of professional attorney experience.
