STAFF ATTORNEY:
\nCrow Tribe of Indians, Office of Legal Counsel – Crow Executive Branch.
\nFull-time in-house attorney, Crow Agency, Montana.\u00a0 Three-plus years
\nexperience preferred.\u00a0 Minimum qualifications include:\u00a0 admitted to
\npractice law in the State of Montana (or willing to take MT bar if not licensed
\nin MT), strong research and writing skills, respect for and familiarity with
\nFederal Indian Law and Crow Tribal Law.\u00a0 General and flexible practice
\nareas may include, but are not limited to: land and environmental issues,
\ntransportation, housing, water, contract review, and litigation.\u00a0 Salary
\ndepends on experience.\u00a0 Position open until filled.\u00a0 Preference will
\nbe given to qualified Crow Tribal members and members of federally-recognized
