The day focused on legal issues that affect the Navajo Nation: employment law considerations, torts, Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA) legal challenges and upcoming Supreme Court case&nbsp;<em>Haaland et. al v. Brackeen<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>Oklahoma v.
