Navajo Nation. <\/em>The U.S. Supreme Court will hear arguments on Monday, March 20, 2023. Congratulations to <strong>ILC Faculty Director Patty Ferguson-Bohnee<\/strong>, <strong>Director Derrick Beetso<\/strong> (&#8217;10)\u00a0and ILP students <strong>Clayton Kinsey<\/strong> (2L), <strong>Maryam Salazar<\/strong> (2L), <strong>Natalia Sells<\/strong> (2L) and <strong>Chelsi Tsosie<\/strong> (2L) for their efforts in drafting\u00a0the brief. We also appreciate <strong>Law Fellow Honore Callingham<\/strong> (&#8217;18) for her assistance in preparing the brief for filing.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>The brief informs the Court on traditional Din\u00e9 principles that support the Navajo Nation\u2019s position.
