Working with Earth Rights, the Unitarian Universalist Service Committee, and the Georgetown Environmental Law and Justice Clinic, the ILC assisted in preparing a\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/click.reply.asu.edu\/?qs=24fda9d3b562a8fa444bd26c5eb259db14eece5a62a01b0cff5c045dce46f056f4aa3241db03b2fb6ea51fe54b139fd5\">written submission in support of the thematic hearing<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0and preparing witnesses for the hearing.\u00a0<strong>Blair Tarman-Toner\u00a0<\/strong>(\u201920) also assisted with the written submission. Ferguson-Bohnee gave the rebuttal statement on behalf of the petitioning Tribes during the Thematic Hearing.
