Bart was selected to receive the 2nd Annual William C. Canby Scholarship award.  The scholarship is for students in their final year of school with a strong interest in Indian law. <\/p>\n<p>Bartley Harris is Saulteaux-Cree raised in Alberta, Canada.  He is finishing his final year of the JD\/MBA program here at ASU.  Bartley is also near completion of the Indian Legal Program Certificate.  While at school, Bartley has benefited from the support of his wife Penny and their four children, all members of Ahtahkakoop Cree Nation of Saskatchewan.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Congratulations to Bart Harris!
