In this role, David will oversee national security, cybersecurity, and crisis management issues in the Office of the Deputy Attorney General. David had served in the Justice Department and in the Office of the White House Counsel during the Obama Administration, and more recently as a partner in the Washington office of Morrison and Foerster.
