We are set up so that the individual can work remotely through secure connections, if need be. This is one of the busiest tribal courts I\u2019ve experienced. Extremely competent and friendly judges and staff.<\/p><p><strong>OPEN DATE:<\/strong> Jan 21, 2020<\/p><p><strong>CLOSE DATE:<\/strong> Until filled<\/p><p><strong>SUMMARY:<\/strong> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">part<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8211;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">time <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Law <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Clerk <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">is <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">responsible <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">for <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">assisting <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">the <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tribal <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Court <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">judiciary <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">with legal <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">research<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">drafting <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">of <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">court <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">decisions <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">and <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">special court <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">development <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">projects<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Work <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">will be <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">performed remotely <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">from <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">16 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">to <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">20 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">hours <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">a <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">week <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">with <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">initial <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">and <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">periodic <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">meetings <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">at <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">the <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">work <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">site
