Associate Litigation Attorney<\/strong>
Big Fire Law & Policy Group LLP is seeking candidates with 3+ years of litigation experience to join our metropolitan Omaha, Nebraska office. The right candidate will have the opportunity to work on cases in a variety of areas including constitutional law, environmental law, real estate, employment, tax issues, corporate\/business matters, and complex federal, state and tribal court litigation at both trial and appellate levels.<\/p>

Big Fire Law & Policy Group LLP provides legal representation and advocacy in a broad range of services, with an emphasis in tribal law and federal Indian law serving tribal nations, tribal business enterprises and tribal organizations throughout the United States.<\/p>

Requirements<\/strong>
\u2022Active admission to any state bar
\u2022Degree from an accredited U.S. Law School
\u2022Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow standard procedures
\u2022Comprehensive knowledge of litigation
\u2022Ability to effectively interact, orally and in writing
\u2022Licensed attorney with 3 years of experience in general civil litigation
\u2022Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities with a \u201croll up yoursleeves\u201d and team-oriented attitude
\u2022Exceptional organizational skills, juggling priorities and adhering to strict deadlines
\u2022First-rate academic credentials and references
\u2022Superior research, writing and analytical skills and technology oriented
\u00a0<\/p>

Preferred<\/strong>
\u2022Knowledge of or experience working with Indian law or tribal courts
\u2022Experience with Microsoft Office and cloud-based computer environment
