Represent the Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation in matters brought in Tribal, State and Federal court.<\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"font-size: small\"><strong><br \/>\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: <\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">Essential functions may include the following tasks, knowledge, skills and other characteristics.
