Applications Being Accepted for a Vacancy\u00a0on the Maricopa County Superior Court<\/p>\n

Applications are being accepted for a vacancy on the Superior Court in Maricopa
\nCounty created by the appointment of Judge Eileen Willett to serve as a United States
\nMagistrate Judge for the District of Arizona.<\/p>\n

The Maricopa County Commission on Trial Court Appointments will review\u00a0applications, interview selected applicants and recommend at least three nominees for\u00a0the vacancy to Governor Jan Brewer, who will appoint the new judge.<\/p>\n

Applicants must be at least 30 years old, admitted to practice law in Arizona, a\u00a0resident of Arizona for the past five years, and a resident of Maricopa County for the
\npast year.<\/p>\n

Applications can be obtained from the Administrative Office of the Courts, Human
\nResources Department, 1501 W. Washington, Suite 221, Phoenix, AZ. 85007; by calling\u00a0(602) 452-3311; by sending an electronic mail request to: jnc@courts.az.gov; or at the\u00a0Judicial Department website: http:\/\/www.azcourts.gov\/jnc.
\nThe original completed application, 5 double-sided copies, and a single-sided
\ncopy must be returned to the Administrative Office of the Courts, Human Resources
\nDepartment, 1501 W. Washington, Suite 221, Phoenix, AZ, 85007, by 3:00 p.m. on
\nFriday, September 19, 2014.<\/span><\/p>\n
