Students were sworn into the Gila River Community Court by <strong>Chief Judge Anthony Hill<\/strong> (\u201906). I am glad I got my first time representing a client at arraignment over with. Also, meeting with the client in-person prior to the arraignment and going over plea options was surreal. Not only that, the experience of observing Ak-Chin Indian Community implement its sovereignty through its court system was insightful.
