Purchased\/Referred Care (PRC) Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"11307\" class=\"elementor elementor-11307\" data-elementor-settings=\"[]\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-section-wrap\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-40a4fef9 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"40a4fef9\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-row\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-500459e2\" data-id=\"500459e2\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d98ce46 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d98ce46\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Ak-Chin Indian Community \u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Title: <\/strong>Purchased\/Referred Care (PRC) Manager<\/p><p><strong>Closing date:<\/strong> 05\/19\/21 11:59 PM Arizona Time<\/p><p>Under the direct supervision of the Ak-Chin Indian Community Council, the Purchased\/Referred Care (PRC) Manager is responsible for the oversight and administration of the PRC program which includes supervision of staff, budget development and accountability, and advocate for all eligible program users.<\/p><p>Examples of duties:<\/p><ul><li>Responsible for all PRC program operations, functions and services guided by an adherence to program policies and procedures and manages the program that meet the Ak-Chin Indian Community mission, vision and values.<\/li><li>Provides supervision and guidance to all PRC staff including scheduling, performance management, and providing training and opportunities for professional growth.<\/li><li>Prepares programmatic, fiscal, and statistical reports and data as requested.<\/li><li>Works collaboratively with Tribal leadership and other Tribal\/Community entities.<\/li><li>Assists with determining provider agreement rates for PRC outpatient and inpatient services.<\/li><li>Ensures the processing of Medicare-Like rates for appropriate claims.<\/li><li>Develops the annual budget and closely monitors expenditures, variances and high cost\/chronic care case management.<\/li><li>Provides guidance on day-to-day services including eligibility determination, maintaining billing and payment records, authorizing services, claims processing and identifying alternate resources.<\/li><li>Prepares CHEF claims in coordination with the PRC Specialist.<\/li><li>Ensures an office culture of respect, enthusiasm to assist program recipients, teamwork and positive attitudes;
